Our clients are businesses; we do not target or knowingly collect data from

We will give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a
sub-processor.

6. Legal Bases

We process personal information under (i) contract
necessity, (ii) our legitimate interests in running a secure SaaS business,
(iii) compliance with legal obligations, or (iv) consent where required (e.g.,
marketing e-mails).

7. Data Retention

Active account data – retained for the subscription term. Telecom logs & recordings – up to 18 months (or shorter if you delete sooner). Backups – deleted on a rolling 60-day schedule. Closed accounts – personal data deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except that we keep billing records and logs required by law.

8. Your Choices & Rights

Access / Portability – request a copy of your personal information. Correction – update inaccurate information. Deletion – request deletion of personal data we hold (subject to legal retention). Marketing Opt-Out – unsubscribe any time via the link in e-mails. Client Communications Opt-Out – if you are an end-recipient, contact the sender (our client). We act as their service provider and cannot unsubscribe you without their instruction.

9. Security Measures

We employ TLS encryption, at-rest encryption for sensitive
fields, logical tenant isolation, access controls, logging, intrusion
detection, and annual security reviews. No system is 100 % secure; you are
responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We will notify you of data
breaches as required by law.

10. International Transfers

QuantKey is U.S.-based; data may be processed in the United
States or other countries where we or our providers operate. We use
industry-standard safeguards (e.g., encrypted transit, data-processing
agreements) for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will post
the updated version and notify you of material changes. Continued use after the
effective date indicates acceptance.
